Hope, held. A safe place to grieve the loss of someone you loved. You don't have to do this alone — we're here to support you.
The death of a loved one leaves rubble. But cleared, tended, and supported, that same space can become a garden. This is restoration: not erasing what was lost, but building something new from it.
About me.

I'm Catherine, and Hopeheld is where I get to walk alongside people through grief.
I left my country in my early twenties to start a new life, in a new place, in a new language. That experience taught me to give space for grief — and to seek help when I needed it most. So I studied. I trained. I earned the certifications.
So that I can support you well in your grief journey, I'm certified in grief and loss counseling, emotional intelligence coaching, and ICF-accredited coaching.
